Students are admitted in the order of application documents submission.

For registration the following documents are required:
- secondary school leaving certificate
- medical certificate
- 4 photographs
- copy of personal ID card
- copy of military service book
- CV and application form (forms provided by the School)
- personal questionnaire (forms provided by the School)
- certified copy of initial tuition fee payment (on WSUS account)

In the case of students who that are interested in supplementary Master’s studies:
- certified copy of BA diploma certification
- certified copy of student’s record book (if not a student of WSUS)

Tuition fees for selected courses or programmes consist of two elements: initial fees and proper tuition fees paid in instalments for a particular course or programme. Special tuition fees apply for additional services.
Initial fee – It is a non-refundable payment for administrative purposes independent of courses, programmes and modes. This is a prerequisite for documents registration.
Instalment payment – Tuition fees for selected courses and programmes. In our School students choose one of the three options of tuition fees payment:

2 instalments per academic year paid by:
- the end of October
- the end of February
4 instalments per academic year paid by:
- the end of October
- the end of December
- the end of February
- the end of April
12 monthly instalments per year paid by:
the 5th of each month



Additional payment – This is connected with issuing certificates or taking diploma examinations. This also applies when students have to sit a re-sit an examination or a special board examination, or if they apply for the extension of an examination period.

Admission and registration requirements for postgraduate studies: Students are admitted in the order of application documents submission.
